The article is devoted to the problem of stratagem thinking’s origin in Ancient China. Authors expose also the key world-view factors which caused the formation this way of thinking as the stable theory. The main principles for stratagem composing are revealed; they took their form in the period of Chunqiu – Zhanguo.
