The publication of a document from the Central Archive of FSB of Russia is one of the first attempts to illuminate the situation in Mongolia's political police – the State Internal Security, which was created in the image of the OGPU. The proposed materials provides unique information on the work of security officers in Mongolia and abroad, shows the great importance GVO in the political life of the Mongolian society.
