The prewar- and wartime forming of the Defense People’s Commissariat Military colleges system in Siberian military district reflects the Red Army’s needs in the officer personnel. Characterizing activities of occurring changes are: quantity, location, basic phases of colleges and schools work, work activities, college’s supervision. Examination of college system as a whole, allows us to understand the largeness of conducting by the command, mobilization-organizational work, and the scale of teaching and educational work of the colleges command-teaching staff.
Формирование сети военно-учебных заведений НКО в СибВО в предвоенный и военный периоды отражает потребность РККА в офицерском составе. Показателями происходивших изменений являются: количество, дислокация и основные этапы деятельности военных училищ и школ. Рассмотрение системы вузов в целом позволяет понять масштабность проводимой организационно-мобилизационной работы округа и учебно-воспитательной работы командно-преподавательского состава вузов.
