The article describes the process of corenization of the state machinery that was a component of the Soviet state national policy in the Oirot and Khakass autonomous regions. On the basis of the analysis of the archival materials the basic problems in attraction of representatives of the native population into the authorities, government and court come to light. The author marks that this policy has played the positive role in the formation of the national staff in the Soviet and party government.
Статья посвящена процессу коренизации государственного аппарата, который явился составной частью национальной политики советского государства в Ойротской и Хакасской автономных областях. На основе анализа архивных материалов выявляются основные проблемы в привлечении в органы власти, управления и суда представителей местного населения. Автором отмечается, что данная политика сыграла свою положительную роль в формировании национальных кадров в советском и партийном руководстве.
