Abstract

Are carried out the open uncontrollable study for the purpose of the estimation of nutritive status and clinical effectiveness of the formula «LazanaFolgemilch 3» and «LazanaGute-TraumeMilch» («HumanaGmbH»Germany). Under the observation were found 85 children, at the age from 1 year to 3 years of 11 months. Was evaluated the data of anamnesis, objective inspection, the dynamics of mass-growth indices prior to the beginning of a study and after 8 weeks of the application of the formula. Positive clinical dynamics was noted in the period of the application of the specialized formula, the signs of vitamin insufficiency regressed, was improved the protein spectrum of the blood total protein it increased in the basic group. The milk mixtures «LazanaFolgemilch 3» and «LazanaGute-TraumeMilch» with the use in the food ration are characterized grow prettier as transference, they are willingly received, they contribute to an improvement in nutritive status.

Проведено открытое неконтролируемое исследование с целью оценки нутритивного статуса и клинической эффективности сухой молочной смеси «Лазана Фольгемильх 3» и «Лазана вечернее молочко» («HumanaGmbH», Германия). Под наблюдением находилось 85 детей в возрасте от 1 года до 3 лет 11 мес. Оценивали данные анамнеза, объективного осмотра, динамику массо-ростовых показателей до начала исследования и через 8 нед. применения смеси. Отмечена положительная клиническая динамика, регрессировали признаки витаминной недостаточности, улучшился белковый спектр крови у детей основной группы. Молочные смеси «Лазана Фольгемильх 3» и «Лазана вечернее молочко» при использовании в рационе питания характеризуются хорошей переносимостью, охотно принимаются, способствуют улучшению нутритивного статуса.
