Взаимосвязь цитокинового статуса и эозинофилии у детей c аллергическими бронхолегочными заболеваниями

Abstract

Devoted to the results of estimation of cytokine levels (IL-4, IL-5, TGF-β1, TGF-β2) in 87 children at the age (3–17 years old) with allergic bronchopulmonary diseases (62 – with bronchial asthma, 17 – with hypersensitive pneumonitis, 8 – with allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis) in association with the number of eosinophils and IgE concentration of the peripheral blood. The right correlations: of IL-4 and IgE concentrations; IL-4 and eosinophil relative number in the peripherial blood was identified. The association between a high concentration of IL-4 and severe duration of bronchial astma was also estimated.

Представлены результаты оценки уровней цитокинов (IL-4, IL-5, TGF-β1, TGF-β2) у 87 детей в возрасте от 3 до 17 лет с аллергическими бронхолегочными заболеваниями (62 – с бронхиальной астмой, 17 – с гиперчувствительным пневмонитом, 8 – с аллергическим бронхолегочным аспергиллезом) в зависимости от уровня эозинофилов и IgE в периферической крови. Выявлена прямая корреляционная зависимость концентрации IL-4 и IgE в сыворотке крови, а также IL-4 и относительного количества эозинофилов периферической крови. Показана ассоциация высокого уровня Il-4 с тяжелым течением бронхиальной астмы.
