To study system mechanisms endothelial dysfunctions and remodeling of vessels at an arterial hypertension in a combination to chronic obstructive illness of lungs. The research including special laboratory, functional and ultrasonic methods, is spent at 143 patients, including sick of an arterial hypertension and in a combination to chronic obstructive illness of lungs. The structurally functional condition of endothelial and peripheral vessels on model of an arterial hypertension in a combination to chronic obstructive illness of lungs is studied. It is proven that in the system mechanisms of endothelial dysfunction and remodeling of the peripheral vessels important implication plays a decrease NO, increase endotheline-1 and Willebrand's factor, the activation of proinflammatory cytokines (FNO-α, IL-1β) and hyperhomocisteinemia.
