Анализируется механизм правового регулирования освидетельствования, способы обеспечения обязанности различных участников уголовного судопроизводства быть освидетельствованными.

This article discusses some of the changes made to the federal law «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation in order to improve the rights of victims in criminal proceedings».
